Health tips for acne and food to eat for acne

Adapelene is applied once daily and prevents pimples from rising underneath the skin. Apply is it very small doses as thats all that is required for each application. It does not cure your acne as there is no cure for acne but it does help prevent it. Similar to most acne treatment medications, your skin will get worse before it gets better. Expect this for about 6 - 8 weeks. You should see great improvements in 4 months. If you are not seeing great improvements by 4 months, you should contact your doctor. He/she may put you on a different course of treatment. A visit to an allergist is also required.
1) Lemon juice and rose water. This little baby is what actually cured the majority of my acne. What you do is simple, you mix these two solutions together to create one effective solution that will cure your acne! Then you apply to a cotton pad, and then apply that to your acne, and wash off after 30 minutes. Or for better results, leave on overnight and wash off in the morning.
One useful treatment of acne is the spice turmeric. This can be taken internally and as a topical treatment. Turmeric is loaded with antiseptic properties. Mixed with warm beverage such as milk, it boosts immune system function and also helps get rid of cold symptoms. When applied as topical treatment to acne, it is useful in drying out the acne and removing the blemishes.
